Varanusuchus prionopisces

From OurFoodChain
Extinct (February 26th, 2019): No reason provided.

Evolved from Macrognathusensis armorgedonensis some of them migrated to zone 3 and realize what a safe haven it will be. They developed true limbs that can walk on the shore of zone 3 so they can rest and turned into amphibians. This is ancestor of crocodiles, dinosaurs, lizards and salamander like amphibians. They now can walk because they realize there’s even more oxygen on land

These amphibians are found in the beaches of zone 3.They normal stay in land but when they feed they will go out at the ocean to feed. They have long thin jaws used to reach in the burrows of Macrobrachium crimsonsoni to eat M.crimsonsoni hidden in burrows. They also seem to also feed on Stichodactyla filterous and Sukalensis feoeoldiumis. They seem to have orange stripe on their back because of their appetite of M.crimsonsoni. Males have a territory of land ussually more dominant ones having more and have many females in one territory. More dominant V. Prionopisces would have a highly bright orange stripe while runts and less dominant V. Prionopisces will have a paler orange stripe. V. Prionopisces have gills but they also have lungs so they can breathe on land and breathe underwater for 3 hours thanks to their gills. They grew up to 1.4 feet (due to their long jaw and long tail they seem very long but are actually not that big). They breed readily since they ussually live in groups of a male and female ratio of atleast 1:3 (but can be larger they can have a male and female ratio of 2:6 there is 2 males because theres many more females). Females are mouthbrooders and have a special part in their mouths to mouthbrood and store water. The mouthbrooding females will not be able to feed aswell and the male will self feed soft food he chewed. Once the eggs hatch the female will let go the babies but feed them for a week until they can fend for themselves. The babies are smaller versions of the adult.
