Ruminasqualus pelagicoptera
name :'''ruminasqualus pelagicoptera
ancestor : ruminasqualus lepidoptera
zones : adults live in zone 9 and they migrate to zone 6 to breed
size : 1.3 ft
food : they feed on various polyphs like S. Stringiensis, S. Podius in large quantities alongwith the marine pollen and the many small organisms that live near or in S. Podius like M. Minipygma
reproduction : they reproduce similarly to R. Lepidoptera via a cloacal kiss
general description : they share a very very similar bodyplan to lepidoptera though they are larger overall to but still small enough to avoid predation from multiple theorphagus as larger size means greater speed but aren’t so large as to have multiple therophagus join the hunt. They have a larger mouth, and gill rakers that filter out tiny food particles and organisms in order to take advantage of the massive amounts of pollen being released by S. Podius The gill rakers are perpendicular to the flow of water so the food moves toward the esophagus and water is pushed out through the filter and the filters have rakers at an angle as to create vortices that launch food particles into the mouth in order to prevent clogging
