Ovalgae are a small photosynthetic organism that lives in the riverbeds of zone 31. It’s long leaf is slightly buoyant to keep the leaf above the muddy riverbed, while underground root-like fibers anchor it to the bottom and keep it from floating away. Ovalgae reproduces through budding, and are able to produce a mature plant within a week. Since it can produce multiple new plants at a time, ovalgae are able to quickly form a dense carpet on the riverbed.
