Descended from T. extensiensus and living in zone 3, this plant has taken to growing its stems in groups of 3, with the seed pods remaining on the bottom. Plants can have anywhere from 1-7 groups growing out of the base. In the groups of 3, the middle stem will always grow the tallest, with a maximum length of 6 feet, while the 2 complementary strands will remain at 3-4 feet.
