Extinct (May 2nd, 2020): Outcompeted by Amfivioslontus megaloceros and Terrasuchus gigaswampa

This species evolved from the simple D.major. Unless it’s ancestor they are big enough to not live in the tree but rather on the floor of zone C. Unusual for this species is that instead of a omnivorous diet they chose a herbivorous one. The normal ruchuis is about 3ft tall and 2ft long. The ruchuis is a herd species the normal herd is about 6 ruchuis 3 female 3 males. The ruchuis reproduce as a class meaning they reproduce with males of the herd. After this process, they will create nest made of dead flora and mud they lay about 5 eggs per breeding season once the eggs hatch the males will gather food for the offspring. After this, the offspring will grow into juveniles and the herd will move on leaving the juveniles to survive on their own. Soon they will grow into a subadult and start a herd and the cycle continues. They need due the predators like tungualus. They have a defensive spike can deal heavy damage to it´s aggressor. The ruchus feed on yellionuis and small flora. But how do they eat the hard shells of the yellionuis? They use their sharp claw to crush the shell with no issue. My theory is that the appearance of yellionus caused the evolution of ruchus from its D.major relatives. Their body is cover in thick scales perfect for their habitat. Equipped with claw they are able to crush the hard shells of yellionus with no issue.
