Qualis Humulis
Qualis Humulis is the name of a large extinction event occurring on December 27th, 2018, marking the end of the Genesis period and the beginning of the Oslontocene period.
Extinctions
More than 10 species went extinct at this time, the majority of which due to not having a suitable source of food. All organisms within Zone 15 perished, leaving the zone completely empty.

All affected species were maladapted Genesis species.
Aftermath
Prior to the event, there were approximately 70 extant species, bringing the final count to approximately 60 species. The event marked the start of the Oslontocene period.
