Extinct (December 26th, 2018): Species was unable to support itself with a prey and food available

species evovled from Pterygotus Filterarious this species gets a meter long that lives in the shallows of zone 5. It eats only 1 Sukalensis testudius or Sukalensis cliasi a day my ambushing them and crushing their armoured plating with its larger claws that are specialized in crushing shell creatures. They have a breeding season and molt 5 times year where ussually a hundred or more Pterygotus giganus gather to molt or either breed once a year. Each female atleast carries 20 eggs but only 2-5 survive to become adults. They gather in the local islands shores and burry eggs living the young to fend for themselves. The young are like its parents but only 2 inches long and crawl out of the sands and to the water. They have spikes to defend itself from other larger Pterygotus Giganus. However they have been arely spotted in zone 12 but they only seem to go there to see if theres anything to eat. They also have 2 small filters on their mouth which they use to eat biofilm.
