Pterygotus filterarious

This monsterous alien predator gets 14 inches long but thankfully its mostly a plants, algae using its claws to pick off and bring them into its mouth and filter feeder but will eat small crustaceans if it wants to eat them.It filters for biofilm or anything i can catch using its hairs on its claws and eats them by putting the hairs in its mouth.

It lives in pairs of male and females where they both forage, if not they live solitary. They can be territorial between each other. Breeding is simple they lay their eggs and guard them until they hatch. They are miniture versions or their parents where they will swim off to find new life. They use their claws to both pick off algae catch prey and to deend themselves or territory.

They navigate using its pair of antenna but has primitivve eyes but its almost blind. It live in Zone 12 preying on Bryopsis and baby or young Helix quattuorus **Restricted to the coastlines of Zone 12.**
