Evolved from R. flotatensis some of its seeds are dragged to zone 9. They became larger(with boths height of the leaves being taller and leaves widen) so that it is less likely for all of its leaves to be eaten by herbivores. They developed more floating leaves in order to gain more seeds and success of survive and their leaves not getting fully eaten.

Found in zone 9, each floating leaves get to a diameter of 4 feet. Due to them being in deeper water and always growing up to the surface it can increase in height of up to 20 feet but rarely exceeds that due to zone 9 being not that deep. It still keeps its algae like leaves to use it as a "meat shield" to protect its stems from being chewed off by herbivores.

With reproduction it releases seeds up to 5 seeds each leaf but only as few as 2 will grow to max size. Seeds are released by waves which the seeds would be dropped off and the waves drift it away from the mother plant and the seed slowly falls onto the substrate. From the young polyphs quickly grow their first floating leaves while also grow algae like leaves used as a "meat shield" to protect the young leaves so they are able to grow and rise to the surface.
