Natural Selection Staff
The Natural Selection Staff (NSS) are the moderators of OurFoodChain. NSS members handle species reviews, event planning, and the general operation of the project.

Natural selection interns
Natural Selection Interns were users with the authority to review submissions and press for changes, but did not have privilege of accepting submissions. Instead, they would review submissions on behalf of the Natural Selection Staff and suggest them for approval.
The role was created on July 11th, 2019, and existed until July 22nd, 2019. The role has since been discontinued, and no new NSS members were added at this time.
Trial natural selection staff
On June 19th, 2020, the Trial NSS role was introduced. Users with the role are able to review and approve species while full Natural Selection Staff oversee the process and offer input when needed.
