Folioslontopteryx prakerus
Ancestor: F. distringa
Zone: D

Folioslontopteryx prakerus is a descendant of F. distringa that specializes in feeding and living on the leaves of Ultraplortatus procerus rather than Megaplortatus coilus to avoid competition with Junctopinna fucopinna.

Their coloration is now the same purple as the bark of M. procerus, and they've retained the false leaf structure on their tail for crypsis. They can still grow up to 10cm in length and have a maximun speed of 20mph while in flight.

Reproduction occurs in the early summer and females will lay 15-20 eggs under fresh M. procerus leaves after mating. Individuals do not usually live past 1 year
