Evolved from S. primus that were driven to zone 28. They became dwarf due to the shallow smaller habitat.

Found in zone 28 this species gets only 8-10cm. They feed on H. arbolysis, O. kerensis, C. certia and C. cytra. These species live in groups of 6-8. They lack their cannibalistic behavior and actually care for their young so that they can have a better chance for survival rate since it is in a smaller zone and cannibalism could cause major population collapse. The females have harder chitin and are usually larger to withstand mating from large piling of males, and are more aggressive able to shake off lots of males to only mate with one or even none.

When mating groups of 2-4 will come and mate. Males use their front limbs to grab on females which males will pile on females to fight for mating, the males try to mate with the female. Females would be aggressive at this time trying to test the males gripping strength which the male with the most grip would usually have the females; allowance to mate with her as it would show a good muscle strength and build on the male. Once they are mated the female would chase other males aggressively wanting to make with her even biting them to get them off her and show she has already been mated.

The larvae would gestate in the female for a month until its ready to give birth (up to 6-12 only 6-9 survive) When the female gives birth the group will not eat the babies but raise them as the babies follow what the adults do. Larvae have softer chitin as they are born with a soft chitin and will take many molts and feedings to get their chitin hard. Sub adults usually get their hard shells already but not juveniles. Eventually when they reach sub adult some would wonder off creating new groups.
