Aquaticasaurus aquacanthus
Evolved from D. arcotyrannus this species moved to zone F due to predation and became semi aquatic so it can hunt T. gigabetas
Found in F and shallow waters of Zone 3 they grow to only 1.6 feet long. They developed broader tail and longer arms to propel and swim faster. Their feathers are shorter so it does not get annoyingly wet as feathers. They go in packs of 3-5 and are also territorial and fight by wrestling with each other to gain hierarchy in its group. They also have humps which stores air in it so it can be use to float and balance itself in the water (like a swim bladder). They feed on T. gigabetas,H. fugitatus, O. brycomi and injured flightless Aquadracius.. Know for mostly eat T. gigabetas they forage meat of it by reaping chunks of T. gigabetas. When Aquadracius gets injured and is unable to fly and are stranded in the beach, they will take advantage and kill it to feed on it. When breeding groups of males build nests to attract mates. Males try to display to females and court them. Once a female accepts a male they mate then the female lays her eggs (up to 4-7 but only 2-4 survive). When the eggs hatch they are raised by the female until 3 months which they turn into subadults then are chased off by the mother. It will take another 6 months to reach sexual maturity. Males are dark blue colour while females and light blue in colour.
